Quality philosophy
Quality is a process, not a promise.
In contract manufacturing, quality is what makes a product repeatable on the second, third and tenth batch — and what makes your brand defensible in a distributor audit.
Specification before production
Every engagement starts with an agreed specification — formulation, presentation, labelling and test expectations — so the batch is produced against a written target rather than an assumption.
Controlled inputs
Raw materials are received, identified and stored under defined conditions, and the material used for a batch is traceable to that batch record.
Process control
Critical process parameters for each dosage form are defined and monitored during compounding, filling and packing.
Verification
In-process and finished goods checks are performed as part of the batch, and the results form part of the documentation supplied on dispatch.
Records and traceability
Batch records are prepared and retained for each run, allowing a finished pack to be traced back to the batch it came from.
Accountability
A single point of contact owns your enquiry from the first technical discussion through to dispatch and any follow-up query.

Documentation
Batch manufacturing records, specification documents and labelling artwork are agreed in writing before production is scheduled.
Environment
Production, storage and packing areas are maintained under defined conditions appropriate to the dosage form being handled.
Equipment
Machinery used on each line is maintained, and cleaning or changeover steps are recorded for the relevant product change.
Label control
Artwork is version-controlled. Labels and cartons are reconciled at the end of each batch.
Deviation handling
Any deviation from the agreed specification is recorded and communicated before dispatch, not discovered by the customer.
Retention
Batch documentation is retained so that a question raised months later can still be answered from the record.
Quality control across the batch
Checks happen during production, not only at the end. In-process observations are recorded on the batch, and finished goods are assessed against the agreed specification before release.
